We have years of experience accumulation in materials, manufacturing processes, and control of details. Whether it comes to body-in-white tooling setup and assembly, prototyping, or quality control, you can rely on our skills and competency.
AUTOBOX Engineering guarantees a reliable manufacturing process by developing high-precision, high-performance tooling. This requires a high level of experience and strength in technical design and manufacturing capabilities. Especially in the production of outer panels and complex structural parts, our engineering capabilities in trial production and extensive process experience are neatly combined. We cover the entire process chain of tool manufacturing and meet customer expectations right up to serial production. We integrate these tooling into our own production line. This “series-like”production line uses customer-specific state-of-the-art technology and is pre-integrated before delivery. Therefore, when these tools are installed for the first time in a customer's factory, our high standards of quality, from the first development to the efficient implementation, are verified in the details again and again.
